CSince 1972 I have made my home in Daytona Beach, Florida. I am originally from Wisconsin. I have been to Paris twice and Monet’s home in Giverny one of those times. My painting is oil and pastels and I have studied with local artists since 1989.
I have received several Awards of Distinction, Second Place, Third Place, Best of Show in 1997, the James Brendel Award in 2002 and Artist Guild Award in November of 2004. My work is exhibited in homes, hospitals, banks and Artist Workshop Gallery in New Smyrna Beach.
I look for the light to inspire the moment in painting; my faith and music also are important to my art.
